Before selecting your sponsorship level, please review the full 2026 Central States Sponsorship Package document for detailed descriptions of each sponsorship level and additional opportunities. Read it prior to making your purchase to ensure the best fit for your company.

Step 2: Complete Your Sponsorship Purchase
After reviewing the 2026 Central States Sponsorship Package, complete the Sponsorship Commitment Form to share your contact details and preferences. You’ll then be directed to a link to add your selections to the cart and complete your purchase online.
